Wintech installs its first machine in Japan

Silicone, the sealant of the future, expands in the Land of the Rising Sun.

The window industry in Japan is composed of very small handicraft units. It traditionnally uses aluminum and single glass to outfit japanese homes.

Our customer wants to set a new standard and invests into a brand new factory to make cedar windows with double glazing units.

Equipped with last generation machines and an outstanding organization, the factory unveiled in April its M9/11C siliconing machine to inject the outer silicone bead on its windows.

A very clever way to marry very pure aesthetics and energetic performance.
